When you want to change your eating habits

Today I lost one more pound...34 th within my third month program. I never followed diets because I really didn't need it. My metabolism was excellent, I was slim, digested everything...so, I was happy. And when my problems with gaining weight started I was not only shocked but frustrated. It was like a circle. I tried to cut my portions, fitness, not eating... I lost a little bit but after a while weight came back. (((( But one day everything has changed in my life. I know what, when and how to eat, lose weight and feel happy.


And now time for my new recipe.

Chicken cutlets with vegetables


4 chicken breasts
3 gloves of garlic
black pepper
turmeric (my favorite spice)
1 lemon
no salt
2 eggs


Cut chicken breasts into small pieces, squeeze garlic, add pepper, turmeric and other spices which you like, lemon. Keep marinated for 30 minutes in fridge. Then add 2 eggs, mix everything and start frying on a canola or olive oil. Serve with vegetables. Enjoy and lose weight.
