Holiday time is coming and it is the best season of the year when friends and relatives meet and socialize together. And of course everybody is cooking and eating more than in usual time. It's difficult to resist temptation to eat something from your tabu list of products.
Today I'd like to give you some tips of how to maintain your mind and stomach together, try to keep balance in food consumption.
1. Stay realistic: your stomach is a small bag which can't absorb everything you put in to it.
2. Try to be selective in food consumption. You can't eat everything you see.
3. Avoid heavy carbs (potato, rice, bread, etc.), substitute with veggies and protein.
4. Always keep green leafy vegetables around you (this is my rule # 1).
5. Be active. Dance and joke. It will substitute your sitting at the table and eating more than you can eat.
Enjoy holidays, be healthy and wealthy!

Is it difficult?
I've been often thinking of human's will. How people achieve one or another thing in life? I think, it is strong wish, work, following your goals and principles... Today I am very proud that I could reach my target - to lose 42 Lbs by Xmas & New Year. I am back to my old size and even less. When my program started, I was a little bit skeptic. I didn't believe that one can lose weight by correction of diet and one's eating habits. Now I see that it works perfect if you follow the system. I've learned a lot while eating right food. It disciplined me, I became creative in cooking and choosing what is good for me.
That is why I started to share with people in my blog with my recipes and encourage those who are lazy, overweight and think that they can never lose weight.
My today's recipe is the laziest and easiest one
Baked salmon
1 salmon, pepper, Half salt, low-carb Teriyaki sauce.
Mix all the spices, marinade salmon for 30 minutes. Put in the oven and grill for 40 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
I know now only one way of being lazy which can be good for you - cook simple food and be healthy!

How to simplify your life
The day I changed my eating habits and started to lose weight I found my life much easier. I just wonder how human beings create problems with their own teeth)). Then after gaining weight they start to find ways how to get rid of it. And even when they find it, they still remain lazy, because we always like to procrastinate and do nothing for ourselves. 3 months ago I've been almost the same. But as soon as I was introduced to a different way of eating, I simplified my life greatly. Now I know how to eat healthy & delicious food, minimize time of cooking and become slim. While using this simple approach, I lost 38 Lbs as of today and keep following the same principle I 've learnt and share with people now.
Here is my new recipe to cook, enjoy and diet.
Teriyaki shrimps with Tofu Shirataki noodles.
200 g of shrimps, Low-carb Teriyaki sauce, Tofu Shirataki noodles.
Marinade shrimps in Teriyaki sauce, stir fry 10 min, add Tofu Shirataki noodles and fry for 5 minutes more. Serve with fried zuccini and drink green tea.
Enjoy, be healthy and lose weight!
