Start


Who doesn't dream of slim figure? Plenty of people, right? But who makes efforts to achieve this goal? Just few... Commitment & persistence are the main keys to success.
Eating & losing weight, not feeling hungry & losing weight - do you like this idea? I like! That's what I started to do 3 months ago...& already lost 33 Lbs.

Here I share some of my recipes from menu for lazy people who want to lose wait & not feel hungry.

You may start your day with this simple salad:
2 whites of eggs,
1 cucumber,
lettuce (as much as you want),
1 tbsp 1% sour cream

coffee with 1 tsp of cream & Splenda (or without it).

Lunch
2 chicken breasts,
1 tbsp black pepper, ginger, garlic, turmeric
Marinate chicken breasts for 30 minutes, then put in the oven and grill for 40 minutes
Serve with lettuce & parsley.

For dinner
Steam any kind of fish and make a sauce with 1 tbsp of olive or canola oil, juice of lemon and garlic. Serve with asparagus.
