Self-motivation in dieting program


It is evident that nobody is born lazy or fat. Everything is obtained in our life time. From my own experience I  know how difficult it is to stay motivated.
I found my sources of motivation some time ago. As soon as I  realized that we live only once I try to take the most of my life. I am very positive. I avoid negative people and their energy. I create an atmosphere of harmony and happiness around me.

In my dieting program I motivate myself with the comparison of my photos 5 months ago and now. I donated all my previous cloths (size 16) and happily buy size 10-8. I really like shopping and my new look! 







So, I advise everybody to find motivation and make plan how to lose weight. If you need help feel free to contact me.
And here is my new recipe for lazy people who once decided to lose weight.

Marinated beef with vegetables.

1 kg of lean beef, cut in cubes, ground black pepper, bell-pepper, onion marinate in low-sodium soy sauce. Stir fry until ready and serve with steamed or fresh green leafy veggies.
