Size changing or size choosing

I remember the day I visited one of the Weight Loss Clinics. There was a lady, who lost, as she said, 50 lbs. I asked her to show her photo before and after dieting. She was very kind and showed me ... a scanned copy on some paper of 2 photos. Frankly speaking, I didn't recognize her - the image was not clear. So, I left that clinic a bit frustrated. But finally I found my way of losing weight. I share with you recipes which are healthy, delicious and help you to lose weight.


Grilled Carp fish    


It was a fresh carp caught by one nice Chinese guy.  I usually ask my husband to choose size of the fish and this is a real fun because the guys explain everything with hands and fingers: size, length, what to clean-remove... and then, finally, they invite me for approval)). So, here is recipe itself.


1 carp (small or medium size)
5 gloves of garlic
pepper, turmeric, Half Salt - 1/2 of tsp, 1 tblsp of 1% sour cream.


Mix sour cream, pepper, squeezed garlic, turmeric and Half Salt. Cover carp with this mixture, add 1 tblsp of canola or olive oil and put in to a preheated oven (205 F) until it becomes light brown.
Serve with steamed asparagus or fresh lettuce leaves. Enjoy & lose weight!
